When will my X Trailor P22 ship?

Kickstarter backers and pre-order customers are scheduled to receive their multi-tools starting in November 2025. We share milestone updates through Kickstarter announcements and email.

Is the P22 TSA compliant?

Like most multi-tools with locking blades, the P22 must travel in checked luggage when flying. Remove the bladed modules if you need to carry the tool in your cabin bag.

How do I maintain the tool?

Keep pivots clean, apply a light oil to moving parts, and periodically check fasteners for tightness. Replacement hardware kits and edge modules will be available through our store after fulfillment.

Can I update my shipping address?

Yes. Email [email protected] with your order number or Kickstarter pledge details and the new address. We’ll confirm before your unit ships.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Inspect the shipment on arrival. If you notice damage, document it with photos and contact us within seven days at [email protected] so we can assist with a replacement or claim.
